As an extension of responsibilities for a brand owner, it was mandated by Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) in its latest plastic ban notification of Plastic Waste Management (PWM) Rule’16, to collect and dispose of all post-consumer plastic waste material generated by the company. As a socially aware company, Allana Consumer Products is committed to recover & responsibly dispose off up to 100% of the community plastic waste in collaboration with our disposal partners.

We had commenced Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) implementation in FY’19-20 as per government legislation and completed our obligation for the year as per audit reports. We are also on track to achieve our targets for FY’20-21. In the same light, we intend to further minimize our environmental footprint by practicing the 4R’s approach, ‘Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and Recover’ for all our waste.
