Take a pressure cooker or pan and fill it three fourth with water. Add the sweet potatoes and boil them for 15-20 minutes or till the cooker gets four whistles.
Once the sweet potatoes cool, then dice them. Pour some Allegro Extra Light Olive Oil in a pan and lightly shallow fry the sweet potatoes till they have a golden-brown colour.
Take them out in a bowl and sprinkle some salt and red chilli powder on them.
