Get a taste of Scotland with these traditional Scottish cookies! Made with a blend of butter and cookie shortening, the Scottish shortbread has a lovely combination of crispy, crunchy and buttery textures.

Cream together Alfa Cookie Shortening, powder sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Dissolve salt in the milk, add it to the batter and continue creaming.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix until dough formation. Roll it on the table and make logs.
Wrap the dough logs in plastic and chill for a couple of hours.
Once firm, slice and arrange on a baking tray evenly.
Bake at 160°C until baked.
