This is perfect honey carrot cake recipe, it is tender, moist, and simply delicious And the fact that it is sweetened with honey just sends its amazingness right over the top.

Grate and cook the carrot with butter, sugar granular and cinnamon powder.
Cream together Alfa Cake Margarine, oil, liquid glucose and sugar powder until light and creamy.
Add vanilla essence, condensed milk then add eggs into the batter one by one and cream it until fluffy.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix until batter is formed.
Divide the batter into cake pans and tap it. Bake at 180°C.
