Preheat the oven to 200°C. Pour water into a pot, add butter and bring to a boil.
Add refined wheat flour, salt and Pristine Super Vanilla Cake Mix to water and butter slurry. Cook for 5 minutes.
Take the formed paste in a bowl, add eggs and mix for 2 minutes at speed 3.
Make the desired length of Eclair on the baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. Dry in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 140°C. Allow it to cool.
Fill and garnish with Pristine Dark Ganache.
