These coconut cookies can be perfectly paired with tea or coffee, they are crunchy on the outside and chewy and soft on the inside. They are full of coconut flavor and smell irresistible.

Cream together sugar and Alfa Biscuit Vanaspati until light and fluffy.
Dissolve salt in the milk, add it to the batter and continue creaming.
Add the remaining ingredients except pistachio flakes and mix until dough formation.
Roll to 4 mm thickness and cut into desired shape, garnish with pistachio flakes.
Arrange evenly on a baking tray and bake at 160°C until baked.
