Christmas Cut-Out Cookies

Ingredients

Alfa Cookie Shortening

600 gms

Sugar Powder

500 gms

Refined Flour

1000 gms

Water

150 ml

Custard Powder

20 gms

Milk Powder

30 gms

Baking Powder

10 gms

Salt

10 gms

Vanilla Essence

12 gms

Alfa Cream Shortening

500 gms

Icing Sugar

500 gms

Method of Preparation

Step 1

Cream together sugar powder and Alfa Cookie Shortening until light and fluffy.

Step 2

Dissolve the salt and vanilla essence in the water, add it to the batter and continue creaming.

Step 3

Add the remaining ingredients and mix until dough formation. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5mm.

Step 4

Cut it into the desired shape and arrange on a baking tray evenly.

Step 5

Bake at 160°C.

Step 6

Let the cookies cool down and use butter icing to frost the cookies.
