Cream together Alfa Cookie Shortening, powder sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Dissolve the salt and coffee powder in the milk, add it to the batter and continue creaming.
Add the remaining ingredients except Choco chips and mix until dough formation.
Make small round balls of 12 gm each, press down on Choco chips.
Arrange on a baking tray evenly, bake at 160°C until baked.
