Description

This may come as a surprise to many, but poha is a good probiotic food too. This is because the dish is made by parboiling paddy and then drying it out in the sun for a few hours and at the same time, delicious too!

Aloo Poha

Ingredients

Boiled Potatoes

Green Chillies (chopped)

2

Coriander Leaves

5-6

Priya Rice Bran Oil

2 tbsp

Onion (chopped)

Poha

200 gms

Peanuts

2 tbsp

Turmeric

1 tsp

Mustard Seeds

½ tbsp

Method of Preparation

Step 1

Add potatoes, turmeric and salt. (as per taste)

Step 2

Wash the poha. Drain it & add it to the pan. Mix well & cook.

Step 3

Heat oil in a pan. Saute mustard seeds, onions, curry leaves, peanuts & green chillies.

Step 4

Once cooked, garnish it with curry leaves.
