In a big bowl first add & mix Thalipeeth flour, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Red chilli Powder, Sesame seeds, cabbage, carrot, onion, mashed potatoes, ginger garlic paste, and coriander leaves in a big bowl.
Add 1 tbsp of Sunny Sun Lite Oil and then mix everything well. Then add lukewarm water and knead it into a soft dough. Add as much water as required.
Once the dough is made, we’ll keep it aside for 15-20 minutes for it to breathe.
Take a small quantity of the dough and flatten them on the flat board. Make a small hole in the centre of it using your finger (this helps to cook it better).
In a pan Heat Sunny Sun Lite Oil and cook the flattened dough on it. Cook both sides evenly using Sunny Sun Lite Oil. Add more oil if required. Serve it hot!
