Allegro EVOO
Fish Fillets
Butter
Rosemary
Lemon Juice
Salt and pepper to taste
In a flat pan, pat dry the fish fillets with some butter on a low flame.
Then, add the salt and pepper and sear the fillets on both sides till they are golden brown.
Once done, remove them from the pan and place them on a plate and drizzle a hearty pour of Allegro Extra Virgin Olive Oil over the grilled fish.
Now to make a lemon sauce, in a pan, add some butter, lemon juice and rosemary. Sauté till the sauce thickens.
Pour the sauce over the fish and relish the sombre yet zesty flavour. Your Grilled Lemon Fish is ready! You can enjoy this with fresh green salads as well.
