No one says no to a cookie, and when you have Pristine Ganache with you, which easily makes rosettes and designs, no one will say no to make a cookie too!
Butter
Powdered Sugar
Milk Maid
Refined Wheat flour
Cocoa powder
Baking powder
Pristine Dark Ganache
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a large bowl, add butter, powdered sugar and milkmaid and mix at high speed
(speed 3) for 5 minutes.
Add flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and Pristine Dark Ganache to make the dough.
Roll the dough and cut into desired shapes (35 gm) and place in baking tray
Bake for 16-18 minutes.
Allow it to cool and serve.
