Love is in the air, or the taste of espresso? Either way, this London Dairy Tiramisu Ice Cream cake will make you fall in love with the delicious flavours. So slow down, and create a delightfully delicious dessert for you and your loved ones!

Stir sugar into freshly brewed espresso until dissolved. Set aside to cool.
Using a long serrated knife, cut the cake in half horizontally, making 2 layers. Place 1 layer in the bottom of a 9-inch square baking dish. Using a pastry brush, brush with half the espresso syrup. Sift 2 tablespoons of espresso powder over top.
Put 3 scoops of London Dairy Tiramisu ice cream spread over the bottom cake layer.
Top with a second cake layer and brush with the coffee syrup. Let it chill in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Sift remaining 2 tablespoons of ground espresso over the cake.
Freeze until firm. Pair it with 2 generous scoops of London Dairy Tiramisu Ice Cream!
