Waffle with Choco Ganache

Ingredients

Pristine Sweet Waffle Mix

1kg

Water

500 ml

Pristine Dark Ganache

As required for garnishing/filling

Method of Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the Waffle maker 180°C.

Step 2

Take a Mixing Bowl, add water and Pristine Sweet Waffle Mix. Mix for 1 minute at slow speed and for 2 minutes at medium speed in a planetary mixer.

Step 3

Resting the batter for 20 minutes.

Step 4

Pour desired quantity of batter in preheated waffle maker and heat for 4 minutes.

Step 5

Fill and Coat with Pristine Dark Ganache.
